Service Description

A Provisional Patent Application documents the invention as of the time of filing, the inventor, and the filing date as the date of invention, provides patent pending status for the invention, and establishes that information for the filing of the Non-Provisional Patent Application when the invention is ready for patenting (but within one year). While we can talk about the invention, the inventor should prepare a written description (pen or typed is ok) and preferably a sketch or other drawing for the patent attorney to use to help explain the invention.
